Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole meal flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1 egg 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (recommended)
- 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all three flours.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add in the chicken broth or water, grated cheese (if using), and dried parsley (if using).

Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Using your hands, shape the dough into small balls or shapes of your choice. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
