Shipping + Returns

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days of purchase. Orders are sent during business hours between Monday and Friday.

Please note that due to the current circumstances Australia Post are experiencing some delays and your transit time may be longer than usual. 

Sincere apologies however we do not offer pick up or click and collect.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business days.
 
Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

Domestic Orders

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders within Australia over AU$150

Derek the Label uses Australia Post for domestic delivery. This is at a flat rate of $9.99 for standard post or $14.99 for express. 

The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode.

International Orders

Derek the Label uses Australia Post International for international delivery. International shipping is charges are between $19.99 AUD and $28.99 AUD depending on weight. 

Please be aware that you may also be responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable on the international packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back in new, unused condition for a full refund within 30 days. 

If you wish to make a return please get in touch at derekthelabel@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent back to the address provided, the cost of shipping will be covered by the customer and a tracking number provided. Derek the Label does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. The purchase price (less shipping price and 15% restocking fee) will be returned to the original payment method.

Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition. Items will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, damaged or washed. 

You will receive email confirmation when you're refund has been processed. 

We are not able to process exchanges and will therefore require a return to take place for the original item and a new order placed for the replacement item.
